![]() ![]() There is MAMP and there are some extra modules installed. This is Drupal 9 installed using composer. ![]() If you know a good source on tuning MySQL, let me know, since 5000 pages of reference is a bit too much for my needs :) I've posted this as comments on that page as well. So this page seems to be a little outdated. innodb_additional_mem_pool_size that is completely removed in in MySQL 5.6.3. query_cache_size that is deprecated in MySQL 5.7.20 I've set them as on the page about database tunings minus: Proposed resolution Remaining tasks User interface changes API changes Data model changes Release notes don't know how to profile PHP. This site is only on my computer at the moment. I guess I'm not the first one, but I could not find anything that helps. ![]() It's faster now, but still I can't do anything without seeing this spinning ball. I've disabled everything in Views Settings. When I opened this in Safari the first time, it was fast. I've turned Memcached on in MAMP, but that does not seem to help. ![]() I have not yet looked into syslog (this is my third week using Drupal.), but at this point it should not make a difference.ĭb table overhead does not seem to be a problem in PHPMyAdmin. Use syslog instead of Database logging: Database logging is turned off. I guess the cron job takes care of this?!Ĭurrent theme: Bartik (But changing to Breeze does not make a difference).ĭisabling Modules is not an option anymore (and there are no unused modules). This page only tells me to do this, but not how: Optimizing Drupal to load faster (Server, MySQL, caching, theming, HTML) I don't know how to make sure all cache tables are clearing properly, and what to do to make them clear properly. It runs every 3 hours.Īggregate CSS files and Aggregate JavaScript files are both turned on.īrowser and proxy cache maximum age is set to 1 day. Nothing specific I can see in the PHP log.Ī cron run ran this morning. The errors are gone, but the pages did not become more responsive. InnoDB: Table mysql/innodb_index_stats has length mismatch in the column name table_name. In MAMP I opened the mysql log file and saw the following error: The amount of data is equal to the surface of the graph, so that is why I think the problem has at least a relation with the database. The big bump is a page that is very slow. The small bump is changing to a page that goes sort of fast/is responsive. I've made a screenshot of MyPHPAdmin, see attached file. My first guess is that it has to something with the database. I have to wait like 5 to 10 seconds every time I change something. Same goes when I change something in a Views page (for example). If is change to another tab or modal window, I see a black spinning wheel of death (I don't know what the Drupal term for it is, a sort of Spinning Beachball of Death, as it is called in the Mac world.). There is hardly any content in this site, I'm just testing. ![]()
